This Gothic Longsword has a blade of unsharpened high carbon steel. The crossguard and pommel are steel. The wooden grip is wrapped in twisted steel wire on its lower half and bound in leather with textured risers beneath the leather.

\nThe wood-core scabbard is tightly overlaid in black leather and finished with steel fittings and a pair of steel hanging rings.

\nThis Gothic sword by Deepeeka is an agile longsword that does not feel overly heavy in the hand. Its strongly tapered blade profile is clearly intended as a thrusting sword and purpose built to split mail links and to rend the weak points in plate armor. The thin blade could be driven like a spike into the gaps in armor and then used like a crowbar to rend and literally pull apart armor before being driven home into the unfortunate fellow underneath the defense.
