If you are unsatisfied with an item for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or credit, minus shipping and sharpening costs, with the exception of “sale” and close-out items.
For Blemished, Munitions Grade, and Close-Out items, all sales are final. These items are not eligible for return and are non-refundable.

Returns must arrive in the same condition they were received and must include all original accessories and packaging. We cannot accept items that have been used or damaged in any way.
Items sent back without obtaining a return authorization will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We also cannot accept returns on items that are missing parts or are not in new condition. In such cases, we will notify you and provide the option for a partial refund or return the item to you.
Cancellations of orders before they have been shipped will incur a 4% cancellation fee.
Halloween Return Policy
Clothing, armor, and certain weapons purchased between September 20th and October 31st may be returned for store credit only. Returned items must show no signs of use or wear. During this period, returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Our standard return policy resumes on November 1st.
Special & Custom Orders
For custom-made or custom-ordered items—such as specialized scabbards, custom armor, or items not listed on our website—returns may only be accepted at our discretion.
In most cases, these items should be considered non-returnable. Once an order has been placed for these items, it cannot be canceled, even if there are production or shipping delays beyond our control. Please keep this in mind when ordering custom items.
Shipping Damage
Although we take great care in packaging your orders, damage can sometimes occur during transit.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please retain all boxes and packing materials and contact us immediately at info@norsealley.com.
Missing Items
If you believe that something is missing from your shipment, please do not discard any packing materials or boxes. Be sure to fully unpack and check all packing layers, then contact us as soon as possible.
Defective Items
We strive to deliver the highest quality products. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Please note: Items determined to be defective will be replaced with another of the same item.
Note on Handmade Products
Many of our items are handmade and replicate traditional craftsmanship. As such, minor imperfections are normal and part of their character and charm.
Warranties
Your purchase may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. Deepeeka does not offer warranties beyond those provided by the original manufacturer.
If you believe you have a warranty issue, contact us and we will work with the manufacturer to resolve it for you.
