The Roman Imperial Italic G Helmet represents the evolution of the Legionary helmet. This model was in use in the 2nd century AD and features design improvements from the original Gallic inspired helmets from the earlier period, most notably the reinforcing bars on the top of the skull. Made of steel with hinged cheek pieces and brass accents.
