How long will it take?
We aim to ship all in-stock items within 3–5 business days from the date of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
If your order includes sharpening services, please allow an additional 7–10 business days for processing. We prioritize quality over speed and take great care in sharpening and final inspection.
Our shipment times also include time for careful inspection and premium protective packaging—something we take pride in.
Note: If your order contains a mix of in-stock and "usually ships" items, your entire order will ship once all items are available. If you prefer split shipping, please contact us or leave a note in the order instructions. Additional shipping charges will apply for multiple packages.
How do you ship?
We ship within the U.S. via UPS, FedEx, or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). All orders are insured, and tracking details will be sent via email once your package is on its way.
How much is shipping?
You can calculate shipping on most orders by placing items in your cart and selecting your destination. The shipping cost will automatically update.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! We offer express shipping options depending on package size, weight, and delivery location. To request express delivery, please email info@norsealley.com for a quote before placing your order.
Stock Status Explained
We use several stock status categories:

In Stock: Items available in our warehouse and ready to ship.

Usually Ships: Items we typically stock or source from partners. Orders may take a few extra days to process.

Back Ordered / Waitlist: Items currently unavailable. You can join the waitlist to receive a notification when restocked.

Made-to-Order / Long Lead Time: Customized or high-end items that are manufactured on demand. Delivery timelines can range from 12 weeks to over a year, depending on the item.
If something doesn’t pass our quality inspection, we’ll notify you with options: such as a discounted price or full refund.
Rare Issues ("Uh-ohs")
Despite having a large inventory, occasional inventory mismatches or shipping errors may occur. If something you ordered is unavailable or delayed, we will notify you promptly with alternative options or refund procedures.

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. If prepayment is available during checkout, you'll be notified.

If customs fees are unpaid and the shipment is returned to us, a 15% restocking fee will apply, and shipping costs (both ways) will be deducted from your refund.

No refunds will be issued for shipments marked as abandoned by customs.
