Built for stage and sport combat, this Viking sword has a blunt edged blade of high carbon steel and a rounded tip with edges that are approximately 2 mm thick or greater throughout. The guard and pommel are crafted from steel and the wooden grip is wrapped in a tight green leather wrap. A durable peen on the pommel gives the sword an overall robust construction. \n \nThe sword is matched with a wood-core scabbard with a tight binding of green leather. The protective chape is steel and a wooden suspension loop is fitted to the scabbard to allow for it to be worn from a sword belt (belt not included).
