This Xiphos Dagger is a fitting sidearm for the Greek Hoplite; the blade is forged from high carbon steel; the hilt is a composite of riveted and contoured wood scale halves over a thick blade tang. The guard halves are steel and the pommel is wood with a cap of steel.

\nThe dagger is paired with a well-crafted wooden scabbard which is partially bound in tight red leather which is finely stitched into form and finished with leather banding and brass hanging rings.
