This robust Viking Seax is built for stage and sport combat with its durable overall construction and a thick and blunt-edged blade of tempered high carbon steel. The thick spine gives the blade durability and the tip is rounded for safety. The cutting edge is thick and blunt both for resilience and safety.

The blade is securely mounted into the hilt with a stout peen on the pommel.
